The following schedule outlines program elements for the NexusIPE™ Senior Leaders Forum in Spring 2024.
- Virtual workshops are 2.5 hours and include a 90 minute learning session and 60 minute facilitated action project time
- Personal coaching sessions are 30 minutes
- In-person workshop is 1.5 days plus travel time to Minneapolis, MN.
- Nexus leadership interviews will be completed outside of structured program time, but will need to be completed by August 2025.
Note: While program content is outlined below, there will be some flexibility for adaptations based upon the needs and interests of the NexusIPE™ Senior Leaders Forum learning community members.
